This item is used to address any Maintenance, Diagnostic or Troubleshooting services provided.
Customer will be charged a Service Call Charge, plus an On-site Maintenance charge. Additional charges will accrue with each additional hour on site.
Maintenance and repairs required at time of installation during our main install/removal operations impair our operations tremendously. This causes substantial delays and is very costly to conduct at that time. Maintenance services that are NECESSARY for safe and proper installation, but outside the scope of work requested, (ie, a dock install that requires repairs to equipment to install safely and properly) will be charged this flat rate.
*You will see this charge when your equipment needed service prior to being installed or removed.
TO MINIMIZE OR PREVENT THESE CHARGES, PLEASE ORDER OUR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE TO HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT INSPECTED AND SERVICED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
