THESE DATES ARE TENTATIVE & FLEXIBLE.  WE HAVE SET ASIDE 8 WEEKS TO COMPLETE SERVICES AND CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC DATES FOR EACH LOCATION UNTIL WE HAVE A BETTER INDICATION OF WATER AND WEATHER CONDITIONS.

In just a few short weeks, we’ll begin our operations, installing your equipment and taking the first step in getting your family back on the water! I’d like to take the opportunity to make you aware of new services that we believe bring added value to our relationship and help you make the most of your time.  Aside from our installation and removal services, we offer:  

  • Equipment Maintenance Service to keep your equipment serviceable and safe as well as saving you money in a costly service call.  CALL US TO SCHEDULE THIS BEFORE WE COME OUT TO INSTALL!!!
  • Weekend boat prep (like regular housekeeping for your boat). It frees up your time and keeps mother nature at bay, while keeping your boat clean and enjoyable all season long. Inquire for details and availability.
  • Detailing, We deep clean the boat’s interior, exterior or both...rates depend on the condition and size of the boat.  Spring and Fall are great times for this service.  
  • Prop replacement and repair. On-site removal and installation so you don’t have to take the boat out of the water.  Typically a 5-7 Day turnaround and ready for the next weekend.
  • Service Packages that are all inclusive and take the hassle out of your time at the lake

    We have converted to an online platform and ask that you PLEASE use this format to place your order for services.  This WEBSITE will also provide a place for you to find answers to your questions, request services, and pay your account. It is designed to make this an easy process for all of us.  Please use it.

    Referral Rewards: For 2018, we are targeting our growth on Dutch Hollow and Jordan Lake, and we need your help.  For each new customer you refer to us, you earn a $20 credit on your account to apply to future services, and they will receive a $10 discount on their 1st service!  There is no cap on the amount of rewards you can earn!  *New Customer must purchase services in order to receive credit.      

     

    Our commitment is to offer you value and peace of mind when it comes to installation and removal of your docks, rafts & lifts. We are fully insured and we’ve invested in the equipment needed to serve your needs!  We conduct our operations as a business should...professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

    NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE INSTALLED WITHOUT AN ONLINE ORDER 

    This process forms our agreement to serve you, and instruct us on what equipment should be installed at your property.

    It is very important to confirm the PHYSICAL ADDRESS of your lake property as we are still cleaning up missing and incorrect information from old records.  Please don’t assume we know where it is because we serviced you in the past.   

     

    THE FINE PRINT & ADDITIONAL DETAILS

    INSTALLATION DETAILS:

    It is important as we get to know your property and equipment, that you provide any special instructions via comment section in our online store.  If you’re very specific about the location of your equipment, PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE LOCATIONS YOU’D LIKE IT PLACED, OR PLAN TO BE PRESENT WHEN WE ARRIVE. PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE LOCATION YOU WANT YOUR EQUIPMENT INSTALLED OR PLAN TO BE AROUND TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE.  CALL-BACKS WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM $150 FEE AND $150/HR RATE AFTER THE 1ST HOUR


    BILLING DETAILS:  

  • Any accounts not paid in full BY TIME OF SERVICE will be assessed a $35 Billing/Processing Fee. We really don't want you to have to pay this so we've given you several ways to avoid this fee.  Please log into our website at www.patriotshoreservices.com OR contact us to create an invoice for your service. You can mail a check to be received prior to March 1st, OR call 608-448-1752 and pay by phone (leave a message if you don't reach someone and we'll call you back as soon as possible. This is an extremely busy time for us and your patience is appreciated.)
  • Accounts not paid in full AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SERVICE DATE, will be assessed a $35 Late Fee every 30 days past service date.

    DISCLAIMERS:

    For our protection, we reserve the right to refuse service on unsafe equipment or situations that involve dangerous conditions including working around sharp foreign objects, debris and other hazards, or requests that involve using imprudent judgment. Safety is our primary concern.


    Please keep in mind...Shoreline Products are exposed to harsh climates and environmental conditions affecting their quality and consistency. Equipment used in this type of setting and climate will occasionally break, and there is inherent chance of damage. Therefore, due to many circumstances and environmental conditions, your equipment serviceability can change at any time. Please inspect your equipment before we arrive.  We will do our best to note our concerns and bring them to your attention if we discover broken or unsafe equipment. We strongly encourage you to purchase our service package to avoid costly call-backs, and repairs while keeping your equipment's wearable items in top condition.  


    While we will make every possible effort to prevent damage, we will not be held responsible for breakage, failure, loss or repair.  In the event this happens, please contact us to find an agreeable resolution.
